Hi guys, how can i tell hazel to use that rule on one file in that folder? after this rule was executed repeat this until folder is empty. any idea? thanks!

You'll probably have to use a script for this as there's no built in way to do this. I'm assuming your rule moves the files out of the folder on match so you can do a condition script which just randomly decides whether to match a file or not.
