I have a hazel rule that mirrors two folders, but it doenst run when i save a file (cmd + S) i have to force run the rule and then hazel will see the updated file.

Some background information:
I have mount a disk of my FTP with Transmission and have hazel looking this volume and copy it to a folder in dropbox. This way i can keep track of the different version i save during the day and if i every screw something up i can look back in the version control of dropbox (for a month) to restore the correct file.

for some reason it works fine when i put in a new file.

Can you post the whole rule? Also, have you gone through the troubleshooting guide (see sticky article at top of forum)?
