Hazel resets to first use / missing rules

The only posts I've seen about rules missing were when people reinstalled or did something to remove them and couldn't get them back. If someone can direct me to something that pertains to below, please do.

Twice now I have logged onto my media server and noticed that all of my rules were missing and hazel was asking me if i wanted to load sample rules as if it was just being loaded for the first time. The first time this occurred i grunted and rebuilt them, but that takes hours. This mac mini has not rebooted in a long time and its only purpose is to run plex, btsync, and filezilla. I am not sure how its losing its rules. The info tab still shows my license as attached so its not losing that. Has this been seen before or where would i start with troubleshooting?

This is the last bit from the logs before it stopped working. There are 60 or so shows that it moves files around inside each shows folder, and they all seemed to be erroring out similarly so will just paste the last few.

Did some folders get renamed or moved around? It seems like something along those lines happened. Also, are you running MacKeeper by chance?

there may have been a couple folders they changed, but there were 50 or so rules setup for 50ish folders, and if any changed it was only one or two. and no i am not running mackeeper. the mac mini is attached to the tv and just being used as a plex server with a couple applications on it like btsync and filezilla.

I'd look to see if some other program is possibly nuking Hazel's settings then. Anything messing with folders under your Library folder is a possible suspect.
