Sort based on multiple tags

My filing structure is primarily two levels, for example: /work/customer and /family/name, but not entirely, for example /personal has no second level.

I would like to use "sort into sub-folders" using tags. I know that I can specify the first or last tag, however is there any way to specify the second or Nth tag? Also, what happens if there are less than N tags?

There's currently no way to get at the 2nd or 3rd tag specifically. Also, keep in mind that tag ordering may not be something you can rely on. It might be better to look for specific tags in this case and file accordingly.

Thanks.

I was conscious of the potential sequence issue, was planning to use it as part of a one-off mass-tagging/filing exercise.
