I would like to add image dimensions to the end of the file name. I think there are a couple other solutions out there, but I really want to use Hazel to do it.

Is there a way for Hazel to see the image size and then add that to the end of the file name?

Yes, I believe Spotlight has Pixels wide and Pixels high which you can use in the rename pattern.
