There are two copies of hazel pref pane in trash. Hazel (1049).prefPane & Hazel(1086).prefPane.

within hazel logfile:

2014-04-25 09:39:15.061 hazelworker[441] [Error] Could not remove file: File Hazel (1049) (1049).prefPane could not be removed from the Trash.

Where should the prefPane be located?

Please do not post questions in the Tips forum. The sticky article at the top of that forum says not to do this.

Those are old pref panes and can be thrown away. If you had them installed machine-wide then it's possible there's a permissions issue so you'll have to remove them by manually emptying the trash.
