"Could not retrieve metadata for file"

Hi,
I've had these rules working for some time, stopped using the computer and now, recently started again and it seems as if they suddenly stopped working.

On some of the rule matches, the error that I receive from Hazel is "Could not retrieve metadata for file", when hovering over the exclamation point within Hazel, over the file. This appears to be happening on all files. Note that the rules are matching "Run Rules on Folder Contents" properly.

I have done a quick search in the forums, can't seem to find an answer. The one suggestion that I tried was to open all rules and re-save them, to no avail.

OS 10.9.2 & Hazel 3.2.7

Any Ideas?

First off, please only email or post here; do not do both as it makes me have to type out answers twice. I've already responded via email but in short, there is an issue with Spotlight and those files which you will need to track down.
