Move file, leave alias in its place - how?

I need Hazel to:
1. Identify an iWork Pages document (and not other documents)
2. Move that document to a specified location, and
3. Leave in the original location an alias pointing to the file in the new location.

So far, I've been unsuccessful doing this with Hazel. What do you recommend?

Can you do a move, then create alias action? Not sure where you are having the problem.
