Renaming original scanned files saved with other names...

I have my scans automatically saved in ".../Scanned PDFs" with a "yyyymmddhhmmss.pdf" naming scheme and then opened automatically in Adobe where I then save them to the relevant Client Folder.
Sometime I do not have the time to save them immediately and they remain in my Scanned PDFs folder.
Question - can Hazel monitor my Saving the originals in Adobe and then rename the original file with either a suffix and/or a color tag?
Ideally I would like Hazel to pickup the name of the Client Folder (or final part of the path name if not a Client Folder) into which the saved document was placed and have that as part of the file name. The triggering event for the name change would be Save As in Adobe, followed by Saved.
Example
Original file as saved by scanner in Scanned PDFs folder
201401231720.pdf
That file is opened in Adobe and saved in the following folder
.../2013 12 27 Jones, James
With the name
2012 Tax Return.pdf
I would like the original to be renamed to
201401231720_saved_2013 12 25 Jones, James.pdf
Can Hazel do that? Thanks for the help.
