move folder based on contents

i would like to move a folder if it contains a file with a certain extension

If extension is "some extension"
Move the file to "some folder"

If that isn't doing it for you, you may want to provide a bit more detail as to what you are trying to do.

i would like to move a folder if it, or any of its subfolders, or any of there subfolders contains a specific file extension.

Oh whoops. Missed that part. In that case, hold down option and click on the + button to create a new condition.

From there, you should see an extra pop-up. Set that to "any of its sub-files". Underneath that, add your condition to match the extension. That will end up matching any folder that has a file/folder with that extension anywhere underneath it. You can then set it to move wherever.
