I've been running the same set of rules to process some torrent downloads for a while and until recent it worked fine. One particular folder has 4 rules and it won't process the rules because it gets hung up, i saw this message in the log and until i deleted the folder it wouldn't continue.

2013-12-07 15:51:03.566 hazelworker[40225] SUBFOLDER XYZ: Rule Delete empty folders matched.
2013-12-07 15:51:04.645 HazelHelper[468] Worker process for folder /Volumes/User/tscibilia/Torrents/Downloaded/MAIN FOLDER did not check in.

That rule is to Delete empty folders. Subsequent, rules attempt to delete files older than 1 day, then check in all subfolders, then move files remaining to a different folder for conversion and processing. If you need to read more about my workflow, this posts explains everything http://www.noodlesoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1885

Im using hazel 3.2.2 on OSX Mavericks

Can you check for crashes? Go to your Library/Logs/DiagnosticsReports and see if there are any recent crashes for hazelworker.
