There's one annoying issue I have with Mavericks and Hazel.
I recently reinstalled Hazel after I updated and now every time the computer starts Mavericks keeps asking me if I want to run this hazel file which was downloaded from the internet.
Is there a way to get rid of this message?

It's a bug in OS X. The easy way to fix it is to remove Hazel (just right click in System Preferences - do not click the Uninstall button in Hazel itself) and then install it again for just your account, not machine-wide.

Otherwise, if you are ok with using Terminal, enter the following:
Code: Select all
   sudo xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /Library/PreferencePanes/Hazel.prefPane/

Note that this will prompt you for your password and you will have to be running from an admin account.
