Using Hazel in a video validation workflow

Hi,
I’m trying to make some Hazel actions that validates video files according to criteria - I’ve attached some screenshots below.
I have a check folder setup in Hazel where video files in Check_Folder > PROJECTNAME > HD should be checked for various things.
See: http://cl.ly/0Q1u0T2V3z0v
PROJECTNAME changes according to the projects based on a rule.
First I dive into the HD subfolders (2 directories down):

And
See: http://cl.ly/3s1M0Z3K3X3q

Then we check for the correct codec and tag if it’s a wrong codec:
See: http://cl.ly/2g0Y1l231h1M

PROBLEM:
The problem is that the folders themselves are marked with the tag, and not the files themselves.
How can I get around this, so that the video files are tagged? I’ve read the subfolder sticky but I can’t find the solution.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
