Help with reminders and tags

My question is though, if it is possible to use hazel to have a reminder created every time I apply a specific tag to a file, ie Todo? I'm guessing if this is possible I would need to use an AppleScript but I have no experience with them and so if anybody could give me a hand it would be most appreciated.
