Wait for spotlight to index files

Hello,
i'm copying the photos over the network to Hazel folder on different mac.
My rules use the exif info which i belive Hazel takes from spotlight metadata.

The problem is that hazel process the files before they are indexed by spotlight so my files are incorrectly renamed/processed

is there anything to tell Hazel to check if the file is already indexed ? or another way to slow down :)

thanks,

If you're doing these transfers only every now and then, I'd suggest just disabling Hazel during the transfer.

If this is a consistent transfer, then we can talk about other possible solutions.

You can also add a condition like "Date added is not in the last X minutes" to delay processing.
