Abandoned rule still active

Got a bit of a problem. Looks like Hazel is still running an old rule that I deleted long ago. Any suggestion on how to check if this is actually what's happening? And how to fix it?

Check the logs. Also, if this is on a Dropbox folder, check if the rule exists on any other machine also processing that folder.

@Mr_Noodle Logs didn't show any action on the files being transferred to a different folder. So it's not a Hazel thing. Checking into Folder actions now. Still a mystery.....
