I've found a couple of post referencing how they did this but not in any detail that I can follow.

Is there a way to choose folders inside the User/Library/Application Support folder? Hazel doesn't seem to have access to it from what I can tell so far.

Is your Library folder hidden? If so, in Finder you can do "Go to Folder" and enter "~/Library" (without the quotes). That will make it appear. From there you can navigate to the Application Support folder and drag it into Hazel's folder list. Note, though, that I'd be careful manipulate anything under Application Support as it can effect the operation of your apps.
