"[METRICS] Could not get connection to scheduler"

Hazel 3.1.5
Folder is on a drobo connected by lightning bolt

Can't import to itunes. Have a rule to run rules on any folder contents within the parent folder, and then to add any music files to itunes. Here's the rule:
