I want to scan a document into my "Scans" folder, then have Acrobat OCR the document, save as a Reduced File Size PDF then move the document to the "Rename File" subfolder. I know how to do the last part, it is the 1st 2 that have me stumped. I know I need a script, but am lost on the 1st 2.

You'll definitely need a script or Automator to do that. Maybe someone else here can chime in the specifics.
