I've got a rule to parse tv show names; it properly parses the series and episode numbers but I'm lost as to how to clean up the show names.

How do I make sure this:

Mad.Men.S02E10

gets put into this folder:

Mad Men

and not this folder:

Mad.Men

I assume you are using match tokens and created a custom token for the show name? If so, for the show name token you created in the sort into subfolders action, click on it. There you'll see an option to replace text. Select that and replace text as needed.
