Move file from subfolder then delete folder

Hi

I have
Rule 1: Dive into subfolders
Rule 2: Move any mp4 files in it to folder MOVIES
Rule 3: Move any m4v files in it to folder MOVIES

... All of which works. What I then want is for Hazel to delete the folder from which any mp4 or m4v files have been removed (even if there's other files left in it, such as subtitle files etc) ... but I can't get it to work. It seems as if Hazel is not emerging from the subfolder to apply the delete rule to it.

Anyone know how to do this?

Where are you putting the delete? In one of the existing rules or a different rule? Can you post your rules with the folder deletion included?

It's okay, I got it working by re-ordering the rules that applied to the folder being watched. It's a complex sequence and the delete rule was in the wrong place. Being a newbie to this, it took me a while to realise that a) the sequence matters, and b) if something doesn't occur during the first pass through, it can happen during the next, providing the first created the conditions to make it possible (if you see what I mean).
