Automatically convert Word file to PDF

Is possible to automate the creation/export of a PDF file from a word doc everytime I save a file?
How about Keynote?

You would probably need to use Automator or AppleScript to do that.

Nice find, novajunior. Having Hazel run a script that creates PDFs directly with Word when files are saved has no extra overhead since Word's already running.
