First of all, if this has been answered before, please direct me to the right place. I tried searching but couldn't find my answer.

I have a IFTTT recipe automatically downloading images to a dropbox folder. I'm downloading about 1gb/day of data. I'd like to set up an action where the folder (or folder contents) is periodically archived into a single zip file, then zip file gets moved to an external hard drive, then the images are deleted, then the dropbox cache is deleted, then the trash is emptied.

Essentially, I'd like to store all of the images that I'm downloading and be able to keep the space in my dropbox open.

So, where am I struggling? With the first step (haven't even got to the rest). I tried to set up an archive action, but it's archiving the folder contents individually instead of the folder itself.

Can you help?

You need to have Hazel monitor the folder above it and archive the folder or move the files into their own folder and then archive that folder.
