Is Hazel sleeping?

I have an automated system. A mac mini with plex, a usb 3.0 drive with media.

Basically, hazel monitors a directory. If it see's a file, it moves it to another directory on the usb 3.0 drive.

Sometimes, after a file is in the watched directory, it doesn't move the file until I exit plex, move the mouse, and open the download directory.

I looked at the logs and it looks normal. Sometimes I see the message:
2013-05-09 22:50:22.375 HazelHelper[188] Received unmount notification from unknown filesystem at /Volumes/firmwaresyncd.jHOdPW.
Not sure what it means?

The rules work, and the file is in the monitored directory. Just sometimes Hazel is waiting until I exit plex or move the mouse / open the directory?

Is it possible plex is holding the file open? Try quitting plex and doing nothing (I suspect the other actions are just things that kill time and have no bearing on Hazel's behavior here).
