Is there an easy way to reveal the result file of a hazel action in Finder? Or do I need to write an AppleScript for that?

Unfortunately, there's no built-in way to do that now but yes, Applescript would work.

An alternative: if you are using Growl, you can put up a Growl message. Clicking on that will show the file in Finder (to click on it without revealing, hold down "Option").
