I have been unable to use any rules on file types that are packages.
Example: OmniOutliner.
OO files are in fact packages, as are Scrivener files, etc)
When I create a rule to tag all files in a folder, all files except those that are packages are tagged.

I have tried ANY FILE and KIND IS FOLDER, but nothing works to tag those packages. Any ideas?

I cannot even explicitly add those file types as they do not appear in the KIND list.

There seems to be a very esoteric bug here where comments aren't sticking to certain files. This is being addressed. Expect a point release early next week.
