Just purchased and ran into a problem from the offset!!

Hello all

I just purchase this product to help me with cleaning up a full system restore from time machine. my problem is this

i click on the dmg and it begins to install into my preferences but i get this error

Could not load Hazel preference pane.

basically i have no clue of what to do. any advise welcome

Did you email about this? If so, please limit your requests to one place or the other as I end up having to answer your questions twice.

So, in case you aren't the person with a similar name and the same request as the person who emailed support, launch Console. Try and load up Hazel and look for any messages from System Preferences that get logged.
