Move TV Seasons to External Drive and Keep Organized

Good afternoon-
Hazel noob here. I've set up a rule for Movies that automatically moves any content downloaded to my iTunes Media file (Music->iTunes->iTunes Music->Movies) to a folder on my external Hard Drive (Movies) based on Any File, last Modified less than 2 minutes ago.
I'd like to do the same for TV Shows, but have run into an issue. I have my iTunes preferences set to "Keep Files Organized." When I purchase a show on iTunes, it downloads the episode in the structure Series->Season->Episode. I'd like to keep that format on the external drive as well. For instance, Mad Men ->Season 3->Episode. However, I'm not sure how to set up the rule in Hazel.
I've tried setting it up for off all of following conditions are met for Any of its sub-files or folders and Date Last Modified is not in the last minute ->Move to Folder -> TV Shows (on External drive) with the options to delete if the file is a duplicate and replace it if it already exists.
What happens is that duplicate folders are created (e.g. Mad Men - 1, Mad Men - 2, etc.). I've looked around for tips and tricks but can't seem to find any.
Is there a standard rule that someone can recommend to help accomplish what I'm trying to achieve? Again, appreciate the help - not that well versed in Apple Script, etc. and appreciate any guidance or direction.
Thanks!
Peter
