Hello,

I have simple that works fine when I run it one folder, but throws errors when I run it on another with the same files in it. Neither rebooting nor deleting and the re-copying the rule to the problem folder has helped. I found a few reports of a similar error in the forum archives, but last time some reported the error (in May), you fixed with a patch to 3.0.06. I am running 3.0.12.

The error occurs for each file that matches the rule. Each message looks like this:

I can email you a copy of the rule if you want. Please advise.

One thing to try is to re-open the rule in the UI and save it again. If it's still not working then export the rule and email it in.

Thanks. You suggested that to someone else in another thread, so I already tried that. What email address should I use?
