Limitations for nested conditions

I am using Hazel since years and really like the functionality of this tool. Some weeks ago my Mac died and I didn't have a backup of my Hazel rules ( I now, there is a sync option...). Now I am rebuilding my rules and came across a problem which I thought was gone with a previous update: limitations on nested rules. I want to copy new files from one folder to an another folder with the same subfolder organization. The files are sometimes organized in a folder depth up to 4-5 subfolders. However, building the rules I cannot go deeper than 3 subfolders, even with the "option" button pressed. I was pretty sure, that this worked before. Does anyone have an idea for a solution? First off, I suggest updating to 6.1.1 just so we're on the same page.

Can you post your rules (use a site like imgur.com if you don't have your own way of sharing images) and explain in more detail what you mean by not going deeper than 3 levels?
