There is no book-like version of it. You can search around the in-app help and also check out the videos and articles on the buzz page: http://www.noodlesoft.com/buzz
If you are really desperate, you can go into Hazel's bundle and search out the help files there, which are just html. The exact same content as if you used the help in-app, though.
