Not processing Smart Folder (recent)

I have a Smart Folder "Orange" for all files labeled Orange. My Hazel rule checks if the Date Last Opened is more recent than the Date Added, and if so removes the label (with the effect the file is removed from the Smart Folder). This worked perfectly until two days ago. Now the logs show no checking of the folder, even when I use "Run Rules Now". The rule has not changed and "Preview Rule" and "Rule Status" show correct matches. There are maybe 70 files in the folder; it's not processing time.
This is not directly related to an upgrade; I have been running 6.1.1 since the beginning of the month. Any ideas?

Check the logs. Go to Help->View Logs. Search for one of the files in question and post/email in the relevant log messages.

Neither the folder nor any of its files appear in the logs after December 9. These are the last two lines with "Orange".

Until then everything worked correctly.
(This is despite my choosing Run Rules Now. Does it signify something that the last "Processing" isn't matched by a "Done"? Some lock that needs to be cleared?)

Problem resolved on computer restart. (Needed more than Hazel restart.)
