Resource deadlock avoided: Hazel won't copy to new NAS

Just got a Ugreen NAS and Hazel won't copy files into it; the log shows Error Domain=NSPOSIXError Domain Code=11 "Resource deadlock avoided"
There is also a lot of nonsense about "Only need to check for changes 1 levels deep. Event is in directory 6 levels deep" (yes you do) and "Could not obtain lock on destination file [file path]: No such file or directory" (that's why you're supposed to make one)
Never had a problem with Hazel before. Why's it being dumb about the NAS?

Can you post the actual log messages? Thanks.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Hazel and made some progress: a lot of my files carried over, but it seems to have gotten stuck before copying everything:

By being stuck are you saying there are no log messages after what you posted? Launch Activity Monitor. Do you still see a process with PID 1524?

No, it keeps creating (A Document Being Saved by Hazelworker) folders and deleting them.
No 1524 process, no!

Can you supply a longer excerpt from the logs? The temp files are usually the results of an aborted copy/move operation.

I don't know what I'm missing, but Console keeps snapping to the top of the log and it won't let me select text. You all seem to manage it somehow!

I wonder what's going on that there's so much activity that there's no lull in the logs.
You could try stopping Hazel and grabbing an excerpt after that.
