Rule matching docs it shouldn't match

I have a rule with a few nested conditions but it starts off
if any
contents match Publix
contents match 21st St

That means it should only be matching a document containing one of those two text strings, right? No matter what comes next in the nested conditions?

Assuming I'm right, how come it's renaming a file containing neither of those?

The nested condition is part of the "any" condition so it is counted. If you don't want it to count, then you need to move it up so that it's not in the same condition as the other two.

So if I need to do any "any", I should always make sure they're last in the chain?

Not sure if I follow but it depends on what you are trying to do. You need to work out the logic. In this case, the last condition is in a nested condition, but that nested condition is part of the "any" with the other contents conditions. You need to un-nest things to get thee results you want.

Please use the preview function as it will show you exactly how things match and you can tweak as necessary.
