rule not taking effect on all files

I set up a rule to move 12 months of a certain utility bill according to certain contents. Please see the rule below:

If all of the conditions are met for the file or folder being matched
contents contain monthly invoice
contents contain bobs phone company
move to folder X

Can anyone tell me why this would not move all of the files? Again, these are all the same bill and account for different months. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you search for "invoice" and "bobs phone company" in Spotlight, does your file show up there? If not, then Hazel won't match it either.

Yes, a spotlight search for the content text criteria does find those files.

My apologies for posting incorrectly in the forum. I read the description in the forum selection area. I'll be sure to pay attention to the sticky note area on the inside of the forum also.
