Not really sure what is wrong. I was using Hazel 5 and noticed this a few weeks ago. Could not get it sorted out. Upgraded to Hazel 6 and still have the same problem.Deleted old rule (that previously worked until a few weeks ago). Have created a new rule, but still get this for everything.

That indicates some other app has the file open. See if you can track down which app it is and close the file. This app may help: https://github.com/sveinbjornt/Sloth
