Need to rename file based on date match + one month

I download a PDF with several different articles and meeting minutes each month(I should have said they are available to download each month, sometimes I download 2-3 months at a time). The minutes are for the previous month's meeting, but the rest of the items are for the current month. I would like to rename the file using the date of the minutes listed on the first page of the pdf, but add one month. For example, if I download the file for April, the minutes date will be March. The file name has "April-2024" in it, but I would like the year to be first for sorting purposes. So, I'm getting "Download-All-April-2024-Monthly-Newsletter.pdf" and I would like to rename it to 2024-04 Apr Monthly Newsletter.pdf. I noticed that most of the Date related elements have an option to add or subtract, but if I use the content matching, it doesn't offer that. I always download them at the same time each month, so the only date I can think of to use is the date from the first set of meeting minutes in the file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The date adjustments are available when formatting something, not matching. When you use the date in an action, the option should be available there.
