Quicktime Frame Rate

Hi,
I'm still evaluating the software - and it is very promising - thank you for your development. Enough of the flattery now. I have a number of quicktime files which have different metadata. Currently I am sorting them by pixel height 576pixel high for Standard Definition and 1080 high for HD. But HD and SD come in different frames rates and I need to sort the files based on frame rate. Is it possible to include this variable in the others option.

Oh and I cant see the nested options in the build 3.0.11 as shown in the "What's New" - I guess this is coming and I can wait patiently as this build does and can work for me.

If the file contains framerate metadata, then you'd see it within the "other" list. If the info is available but not shown in the list, I'd suggest a shell script using mdls.

Hint: Hold option and you'll see the [+] turn to (...). Clicking this button will allow you to nest your rules.

Thanks a_freyer.

Obviously I'll try holding down the option key - that sounds good.
Yeah the frame rate was not in the other list I'll have a crack at the applescript now

Okay I checked out the mdls on a couple of files and it doesnt list frame rate as an option - I guess I have to find another way. Perhaps manually by actaully naming the file with the frame rate.
