simple rule i thought

Hi all,

I have a tv show folder. all of the shows i have are in subfolders, so there are about 30 sub folders. All bar a few of the show episodes are m4v.

I want to one the non m4v files into flicks to i can encode them to m4v.

I did a simple rule which said if the extension is not m4v then open flicks.

the rule just opens flicks and all the videos seem to get added. Am i missing something, does hazel hate sub folders!
