OCR Recognize Claim Number to rename file

I use the (contents>contains match>claim number) and Hazel finds the (claim number) text in the preview. I then add the anything item(...) then (custom text name) and (123) and it doesn't find the actual claim number. in the PDF the Claim Number text is above the claim number like below. I want to have the claim number in my file name. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Claim Number:
12345678911

Hazel 5.3.4

Can you post a screenshot of your pattern? Use imgur.com if you don't already have your own file/cloud sharing service.

How does it look if you click the red X for the last condition? Does the text appear as you expect?

Try using a space instead of the anything token.
