Help with Hazel Rule for Sorting PDFs by Content

I've been using Hazel for a while and love its capabilities. I'm currently trying to set up a rule to sort PDFs into specific folders based on keywords within the content, but I'm having trouble getting it to work correctly.

Has anyone successfully created a rule like this? If so, could you share the steps or any tips you found helpful? I want to automate sorting my documents, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
