Presently, the issue I'm experiencing is that the PDF output under MacOS Ventura appears to be empty when it is not. By selecting the invisible text and pasting it into a text editor, I can render it visible once more. When I attempt to display the PDF using Preview, FineReader, or NitroPDF (PDFPen), it is rendered void on Ventura. However, older versions of MacOS and Windows computers exhibit the file in proper format.

This issue has been reproduced on a separate Ventura computer, so it cannot be attributed to corruption in my installation.

This seems to be more of a macOS issue and not a Hazel one. You should contact Apple for help on this.
