Multiple files with counter - delete all except latest

I'm looking for a way to only keep the latest version of an updated file in a folder. I tried to work with "date added is among 1 most recent" but that also matches other files in the folder even when combined with a file name matcher and nested conditions. Am I missing something or is this really only possible by scripting it?

Sure, what would be the easiest way to do this? Can I somehow open the exported rules and extract the rule in question as a text representation or what would you suggest? Screenshots seem to be rather tedious.

How many rules do you have for this? Just looking for a screenshot of the relevant rule.
