Organizing Downloaded Photos by Date

I'm new to Hazel and I'm trying to organize my downloaded photos. Is there a way to automatically sort them by date taken, instead of the download date? Ideally, I'd like them to be moved to folders based on the year and month the photo was captured. Currently, Hazel uses the download date for organization, which isn't ideal for managing my photo library. Any suggestions on how to achieve this date-based organization using Hazel or another tool that might work better?

There are several date attributes available. In addition to the standard ones, if you select "Other", you can find others, including Date Taken.
