Hazel slows down boot process significantly

Hello everyone,
maybe there is someone who can help me with the following.
I'm experiencing two problems, but I think they may be connected so here I am.
I have a Hazel rule that matches the content of a PDF and does two actions:
It renames it based on the content, and moves it into a OneDrive-Folder. The renaming works without further problems (despite being relatively slow), but the file doesn't get moved.
The "Preview Rule"-button shows all green (as indicated by the renaming taking part).
This seems to be the part of the logs that shows the problem:
(See also the time difference between those two actions. There is nothing between those entries.
This is the first problem. Related to it, and even more problematic, is, that since the installation of Hazel my Computer takes a really long time to boot up. I unlock FileVault with my login password, and then the computer stalls relatively long until boot up. In the system logs there is nothing written down for minutes (sometimes hours), it feels like the longer the computer was turned off, the longer the boot process takes. If it was just over night, it takes about two minutes, if it was a few days off the boot up takes something like two to three hours.
I did several clean installs (without using any kind of backup), and I can reproduce this issue. Last time I didn't install hazel for two weeks without any problems, and as soon as I installed and opened it the first time the problem started again. I think those problems are related, as I don't have those problems on my other computer.
I'd love to get some help, and can provide you with other logs if needed.
Best
Morgan
