Throw away if duplicate vs throw the file away

Hi, under the move rule options there is the option to throw the file away if exists, and throw away if duplicate.

How do these differ? and what parameters does Hazel use to determine if the file is a duplicate.

This is explained in the action reference in the manual. In short, "file exists" = same name, "duplicate" = "same content".
