Concerning Dates

How does Hazel calculate concerning dates? For example, if I were to create a rule that performs some action on files that match Date Created is not This Year, will files created on December 30 be acted upon on January 1 or on December 30 next year?

On January 1, basically the moment it detects that the conditions are true.

Thanx... So if I want to go one year, I need to use 365 days... got it!

You can do "is not in the last 1 year" which is different than "not this year".
