Since MacOS Ventura the notifications are not showing up... I've just upgraded my macbook to Mac OS Sonoma but it still doesn't work. I can't find Hazel in Notification Center either.
Any solution??

It's a bug with macOS. I'm currently looking into a workaround and will hopefully have a beta available soon. If you are interested in testing, keep an eye on the beta forum as it will be announced there.

It took me 2 hours trying to figure it out why on my new machine last night @@

Btw, Display Notification works on my Sonoma on Intel Mac tho, maybe it's something to do with Apple silicon
