Hazel stopped renaming videos based on EXIF date
Posted: Sat Oct 14, 2023 3:13 amI have been using Hazel for years with just the following rule applied to photos and videos exported from my Photo Library on MacOS:
If kind is movie or picture
Do Rename with pattern: [Date Taken (Hazel)] [Extension]
It always worked fine until the recent upgrade to MacOS Sonoma
Right now the above rule only works on pictures, but all kind of movies are ignored.
I tried to rename pictures and videos based on EXIF data using Graphic Converter of LemkeSoft which worked fine, so there is no issue reading EXIF information from videos system wide, it must be an issue in Hazel
Can it be solved?
