After recently upgrading to MacOS Sonoma, metadata about files is no longer available. So the Source URL/Address condition is no longer valid; which has broke a majority of rules I use.

I'm not sure if this can be fixed, or if it's now a limitation of MacOS?

Whenever you do an OS upgrade, Spotlight needs to redo its index. This can take a long time. I suggest giving it a day or two then checking again.
